What is included in my pledge tier?
Aside from the All Four Scroungecraft Puzzles tier, each tier includes one design. If you want an additional or duplicate design, you can make these additions in the post-campaign pledge manager (BackerKit) provided we have the stock!
The stretch goals will list all current goals as well as goals that have been reached. It will state under each stretch goal what tiers (if any) it’ll be in!

What stretch goals are available?
There are only two stretch goals for this campaign. At 50k, backers unlock art prints and will receive matching 8” x 8” prints for the puzzles in their pledge tier. At 100k, backers will unlock four long-looping music tracks for puzzling inspired by each of the pieces in Series One!

Are any of the items in this campaign Kickstarter exclusives?
If the stretch goal is reached, the art prints are exclusive to campaign backers. Given the limited run of this series, any remaining puzzles will be for sale in limited supply after the Kickstarter is fulfilled.

When will you begin fulfillment?
Estimates are subject to change as we move through the process, but the puzzles are already in transit via freight to the distribution warehouse. Please keep an eye on our updates for news!

Will you be using a pledge manager after the campaign ends?
Yes, we will be using BackerKit (https://www.backerkit.com/for-backers)! You’ll want to ensure your Kickstarter email address is correct and will match the email you use for BackerKit. Please ensure your email address is not a Private Apple ID relay email address.

I’d like to pledge for this project but am unable to at this time. How can I get the rewards?
If you pledge for as little as $1 while the campaign is live, you will be granted access to the BackerKit survey where you can upgrade your pledge!
Please be aware that because there is a limited number of puzzles, we can’t guarantee that if you make a $1 pledge there will be available stock in the design(s) you’d like post-campaign.

What can we expect from shipping and fulfillment for this campaign?
Fulfillment will be taken care of by the folks at Nord Games! For shipping estimates, please review the table at the bottom of the campaign page.
Fulfilment for the campaign is expected to begin in January, 2023.

What has already been completed from this campaign?
The puzzles are completed and in transit to us. If the stretch goals are reached, the art prints will be printed in-house when fulfillment is ready, and the music will begin composition immediately after the Kickstarter completes.

How is shipping calculated? Will the shipping cost cover import fees/customs fees/VAT?
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the package. Check out the table on the campaign page for our estimates!
Shipping costs do not include any additional costs like import or customs fees and are the responsibility of the backer.

Why are only 1000 of each puzzle available in the reward tiers if there are 2500 available for each puzzle?
We accommodated 1000 of each puzzle for the four-puzzle bundle tier. The additional 500 units of each puzzle are kept aside to account for shipping and damage errors. After campaign fulfillment is complete, any remaining first edition units will be made available for sale on our website.

What if I want two puzzles? Three puzzles?
If we have units left after the Kickstarter closes, the option to add more puzzles to your order will be available through Backerkit. If you want to ensure you get all of the puzzles you want, it’s best to pledge at the All Puzzles tier while the Kickstarter is live!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
